Is Execution Time Effective?
"I always just looked at it as time. a lot of time in the mornings, I'm gonna put execution time in the morning before I have the meeting for that particular project later in the day," he says. "When I don't have something to execute, I mainly would use that time for sort of free thinking and getting caught up on what's been on my mind" He adds: "It takes me a little bit of time to begin to get momentum in order to make execution time effective"
