How to Fuel for a Race

We need so much more fluid to make, make legumes. I feel like we probably need about like 25 to 30 extra ounces of water a day. And honestly, a lot of the foods we're eating are higher in sodium. So it's those two pieces, you know, that are obviously increasing our thirst there. A carb load is never going to replace fueling while we're out there because we need both.
