I think there's a lot of people out there who assume that when rates rise, ultimately that's just a bad thing because they're going to get crushed. I actually don't do a great job predicting inflation. Do you have a view on what drives inflation? And I wonder if that's changed over time as it seems like what they taught us in economics, just throw it out the window. It seems like nobody knows really what causes inflation. What do you do with that?
