Supply Chain Disintermediation - Is That a Big Piece?

Block chain is often about disintermediation, but does that need to be a big piece of the puzzle? Some intermediaries providean incredible value, right? We have processors, shippers, handlers, distributors that really make the the supply ystem work. That being said, many of those intermediaries aren't actually providing a fair value or a fair exchange to the producers. So we are actually just making the value flow visible in the value chain.
