Is Boris Johnson Going to Stand?

I think team Boris Johnson will be making when it comes to his brand. I don't think he's throwing his hat in the ring here unless he thinks he's going to come out smelling like roses. We may never know whether or not he managed to make the 100 if he decides that all things considered, if the option is available for him to run. But where did that picture come from? Is that an old picture or is that like someone on his team like posted it to their friends on the camera? He likes the idea of being the articulator and the personification of good news. And there ain't much of that around for whoever is the next prime minister.
