I just do not engage a client into hypoxic training or I don't introduce them to you in hyperbaric chambers until they've actually done the foundation. And then once that's in place, then these things start to. implement protocol around that stuff and it gets real fun. But yeah, sure, you have to have high levels of co two in order for this to work. If you do not, that is where oxygen becomes a very big problem. You could have some very detrimental problems with oxygen if there are not adequate amounts of co two.
