How Much Exposure Have You Had to Legal Internships?

In your internship, how much exposure have you had to some of the more in-person parts of law? So like the settlement aspect or maybe even sitting in on court cases. And when you do watch your coworkers or even maybe yourself participate in these things, what are some qualities that really stick out to you as a full-time working lawyer? I feel like listening is one of those skills that lawyers are good at by the time they become practicing attorneys because communication, like you have to go through the interview process.
