Getting the Shins to Fall in a Sprint

When i set up for a sprint, my shins will be at a certain angle to the ground. And that drop fits with pronation and a little internal ation in that front tibia. If you can't internally rotate your tibias and squatting, you're probably not going to be able to have a very good shindrop. So this does fit with what we can do from a general perspective. For athletes who have like, no side to silic literally, they are starting, and their dislike everything is a hundred % linear, we could also give them a little more lateral play there. That can also help the feeling of patience and rotation as they're going along
