The Role of Foaming in Hedge Hops

Randy Huntington had talked about this role foaming like doing a lot of high, high hurdle hops with long, long ground contact times. I think that as someone who's internally rotated in my own legs and did a lot of really high hurdle hops and thought it was awesome. So you could almost say that maybe it would have suited you to have done a bit of a bounce in between because it doesn't sound like you're too bad at dealing with eccentric forced. And then the way that we project our body into the air is also very different when you aren't acting like a pole vault? You're not going to lean back or anything like that.
