The Challenges of Moving Back to the UK

I was very fortunate because the welcome had a funding scheme that allowed me to have some secure funding to get my program going when I came back to the UK. So it wasn't too difficult scientifically but by then moving up into faculty positions you start to have to really balance your research work and responsibilities in the clinic. We're running at least three Scleroderma clinics every week and sometimes going around doing outreach clinics in other hospitals around the UK so yes very clinical but I think that's to me being part of the journey that I've personally been on.
