I think some of our best hires have been people like the Python Parodex, you know, were people who were already interested in K. We never had a problem with people not learning K or would not, people liked it. It's a nice language. After that week of training, they were productive enough to build things that went into our system. So I think just that enthusiasm, if someone came to me, one of the guys I hired, was talking on the phone one day when we were interviewing and he said, oh, I've talked to you. And you helped me with some question. Like it's not hard to find people who have an interest in interesting language.
