The Evolution of Music and Its Role in Social Bonding
There's a long history of debate in evolutionary studies about music. But we argue that something like that probably happened to music and musicality, which is the capacity to perceive and produce music. For several hundred years, people have thought of music as this sublime realm. It resists all the rational tools and the analytical tools of science. And so i think that so part ofat my idea for the social bonding thing is it's more o this intangible social benefits on music that are so important.
