I've seen you wake up pretty early. Five in the morning. Just the same day that like everyone seems to tweet about now, wake up early. But I got to bed early though, that's the thing. Like if you text me after 7pm, I'm not replying. I'm done. I'm in bed by 8. That's solid that. There's nothing going on for me to be up for. I don't have a TV to watch. So like it's wake up. I'll train. Always train first thing. And if I'm not going to give it 100% what matters.
