The Difference Between Sweat Concentration and Sweat Rate

The average sweat sodium composition we see is about 900 milligrams, between 900 and 1000 milligrams per liter. At the really low end, it will be like 200, and we've occasionally seen people over 2000. And that's where we start to see, like, you and I could probably run for an hour together, and the net loss of fluid and sodium between us would be relatively negligible. But you start to then multiply that different, but there'd be a difference.
