Annie Broker was sent to Gold Base, the real headquarters of Scientology located just north of Los Angeles. After serving her two year sentence, Annie Broker fled within an hour and a half of arriving at Gold Base. Mike Rinder's parents were also punished because his parents were both OT high OT level Scientologists. The whole world is viewed as a scooter for people who have given up so much on Scientology that they can't pull themselves out.
