The Euro Dollar and the Fed
The dollar system is fragile and infinite there is no scarcity to the dollar in any way. Bad loans happening outside of the US but now those bad loans are guaranteed by the fed because the fed can't let the German bank go under as it'll crater the whole financial system. There's north of 10 trillion maybe even 15 trillion or more dollars circulating around the world digitally or on ledgers that is outside of what the fed has governed as the onshore dollar system.
