How Much Fish Sauce Do You Have?

Fish sauce is the fifth taste, if you will. It's its meat, its cheesy and it's kind of funky. There's a recipe i do quite often call a pear patina - dessert with cotfish sauce in it. And i offer it to children because they are the ones that are the most honest about their experiences of food. Be it exceptionally good, and you can't taste the fish, and it's just got that ex valancit makes the sweet taste sweeter.
