Private Universities - Is That True?
Pakistan's private universities operate much like the private for profet sector in the us. Most of them are actually non profits, technically, right? But because they are entirely fee dependent, without an endowment, they basically serve only those students who can afford to pay. So we do have completely open merit scholarship as well, which anybody can win. About 90 % of our students then end up getting some form of support.
