Is That an Applicative?

The purpose of an applicative is to let you manage importance, let's you tell the listener what parts matter most. And we have a really good example from English where you wouldn't necessarily say that that's an applicative in English. It's sort of a derivational thing, but that's pretty much how they work. In lots of languages, the only things you can use as the head of relative clauses also have to be core arguments.
