And for me, it comes a little easier because i grew up with a pronounced stutter. So like the king's speech a, i would rehearse words i wanted to say all o my youth in his head 15 or 20 times before i said it. If you let folks speak, they'll give you the answers. You'll know their motivation. You'll have the information you need to get to an amicable outcome.
