The Role of the C-Fibers in Pain

There's going to be three A-Delta fibers or three nociceptive fibers that will go from your fingertip to your brain. So the first one will go fromyour fingertip, down your arm into your spinal cord. In the spinal cord, it will sign apps and speak to a second neuron which will cross to the other side of the spinal cord called the contralateral side. The role of the C-Fibers is just to keep pain and you're going to keep ramping it up.
