Jim Boseback says World Rugby's new tackle rule is an opt-in approach. The RFU went about it the wrong way when they mentioned 'waste and below' I still think it should be armpit or nipple, but this is something good that we've spoken about privately in groups at rugby clubs. Newcastle are on the brink of relegation after a 66-0 defeat by Saracens.
