I don't know if it's human nature or if it's just my personality style The only way I was able to envision the future was with less than what I'd had Less power less identity less money less whatever any number of things certainly my paycheck was gonna be different. And so I didn't and that really led me into the the sort of life that I have now ultimately leaving the company about a year later at that point I did plan my exit strategy.
