Crosse has great utility, but it's not an end all. You need to kind of pull the brak backs and realize that intensityis not a cure-all. The real benefit of the programme is exposing people to functional movements which are very, very effect especially if you're an untrained, sedentary person. And so there has to be a point where you you have to kind of question and modify the method.
