i hypothesise in the book that maybe many people are creating a lot of open loops. In essence, we are opening these loops, like the zargonic effect. And i want to get people in a position where they get the opportunity to close it. So you have a thought in your mind, put it to bed. Youill not ask something. Put it tobed. If the outcome's bad, that's completely fine. Because bad outcomes do two things: They point the finger in the direction of how you can improve on that. And they also add to a level of competency.
