Brainstorming

The last time Chris was on the podcast he wasn't talking about brainstorming. He says it's a good idea to ask yourself what are you doing brainstorming for? I think we've come longer in our thinking around creative thinking and there's been more research, so that could be an area of improvement. But also feels like you're forcing people into coming up with ideas which is one of its weaknesses.
