Staying in the Marriage and Getting Insurance

You need to be sure that you're not further casting yourself into the role of somebody who's leading a provisional disrupted life. Your anxiety disorder is exacerbated by this feeling that you don't really have a stable base at home or at work. You certainly have the right to ask to stay in the marriage and get insurance if that will help you find some security within a life that right now is pretty insecure.
