Jerry Jones once said that the three rules to business are one, ask for the money, and then he couldn't remember the other two. So it's really important for a real estate agent to actually say, jim and nancy, i think this is your house. And you're sort of affirming, what i mean by that is your affirming that they are making a good decision. You want to memorize your call to action. The called action is that important. It really is about a mind shift for everybody who doesn't really consider themselves a sales person, right?
