The Outbounder Beacon Experiments

The out bounder beacon experiments were conducted in 19 72. They involved remotely viewing objects that weren't in the same room with him, something he'd already had success with back in new o r when he was remotely viewing the weather in distant cities. One of the things the c i a asked put off and targed to do was identify opportunities for opera a use, or ways in which the c iA could use psychic powers to help them with intelligence work. To explore such ways, they designed a new set of experiments where ingo would be remotely viewing objects  that weren’t in thesame room with him.
