Prebiotics Are Prebiotic Compounds?

Prebiotics are selectively fermented fibers and I think the selectivity is perhaps the key component there. The main four prebiotic compounds are latulose even though it's not widely used in the US because it's classified as a pharmaceutical for some strange reason over there galactyl oligosaccharides, partially hydrolyzed guar gum other people would add in you know fiber or xyl oligo-fibers too. Other research has shown that the supplementation of galactyl oligosaccharide decreases hydrogen gas output for example. Whereas conversely fruit oligosac charides slash inulin tend to increase breath hydrogen counts in most people.
