We cannot just treat the symptoms and expect it to all be better. That only helps it for a minute and then it's back. Let your therapist know that this is happening. Tell them that you want to work on it little by little. Maybe it could behoove you to make a list of the things that you think you need to work through. But everybody feels like there's so much to go through. So one thing at a time, it's like that old saying, what does it say? Like the every great journey starts with that first step or something.
