Are Non White Leaders Enabled to Lead Majority White Evangelical Organizations?
As an asian american, i can't help but notice how little asian Americans are considered in the equation of American evangelicalism. Are non white leaders allowed to lead majority white evangelical organizations only as long as they match what the white people would do if they were in leadership? That is a very good question. Phil, thankn ok. I'm processing this out loud, and it's probably dangerous. And i may saysome inoffensive. Am, it is interesting he mentions all these different institutions that now have an asianamerican in the top spot.
