When I read the offers book, I almost blow my brains out because I'm like, oh my God, I can prove all these things about it. But we get better through doing work. And so whatever the goal is, it's reversing the constraint and knowing that whatever my incremental level of effort is, compared to somewhere else I could put it, will give me more output.
