The Importance of Sleep for Parents

Craig Yale: Being a good enough parent in terms of sleep is perfectly great. The real consequences that people should be concerned with regarding the baby, perhaps not sleeping well is really the parents not getting enough sleep. Parents should try to give some priority to themselves as well as their child rather than exclusivity of priority to their child at all cost and there's no need for that. We will return in the next episode where we will speak about kids and sleep and school start times and how it impacts their academic performance.
