Negotiations, talent, agents, contracts: It's not fun, but a necessary part of the business. Stephen A. Smith is currently in talks for a new mega contract with ESPN. How is this getting worked out? The College Football Playoff is almost set and it’s come with drama. The four-team playoff was a mess and it’s out.
