The Importance of Technology in Healthcare

I think there is a balance between we want the tech and we want the know-how. Sometimes it's helpful to just be reassured by somebody. Healthcare is inherently about people and requires that human touch. Where technology can play best is where it enhances that. It creates greater space for people to have those human interactions.
