The IMF becomes a much less important financial player. Even we strengthen the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. The private sector lenders basically stop lending to countries because countries under sovereign immunity would never need to pay it back. And so you just basically get the amount of cross border sovereign lending drops by, I don't know, 50, 75, 90%.
