Introduction

Our speaker for this evening chapel is Dr. Herman Baxter, the DTS Dean of Students. He completed 26 years of honorable military service as a munitions and missile maintenance officer. Bax received his THM in 2017 and D-Men in 2021 both from DTS. Team Baxter is passionate about serving Jesus whom the word testifies is the Christ.
