The Importance of AI in Customer Support

I think it was very surprising to all of us to see the images sort of leapfrog. We were used to seeing text ahead of time because computers have been offering us text for so long. You know, we chatbots were supposed to be a big thing three years ago. I remember Facebook was pitching that like all your customer support's all going to be chatbots. And it was unfortunately, but it's all almost useless.
