There's nothing that exists in the market right now that talks about how do you really start thinking about individual contributors and bringing them into a leadership roll. I would say manage ar roll. Because everybody is a leader nowadays, like individual contributors. And then even that perception is changing. So, when i was early on in my career 20 years ago, it wold seem more of a parent role, right? Like these. This is your team. You're bringing them along to day's generation is different. I don't want another parent. I have one said, another sen parent. It ye ye.
