The Premium Capture Rate Is a Good Normalization Factor
When your premium pool, or premium sold is not that high. Rigt with a strattle or aftthe moey stratees, you're selling a huge amount of premium. And so you don't expect to capture all of it, right? Because even a lower premium capture rate of a large pool of premium could be the same or more profit than a very low premium capture rate in some cases. So against everything has toben relative and coni kept in contect for similar strategies.
