Rugby Coaches - What Floats My Boat

I loved my role as an academy development coach. What I really enjoy, what really floats my boat since playing is helping someone to be better. And it can be the smallest of little things. Watching young kids who are just absolute sponges to be better at rugby is what I did it for and still what I do it for. That's absolutely what floats my boat. So I had a really easy transition. And I know loads and loads of people don't. It's a really tough time for a lot of people. But yeah, and that job, what a job that is.
