The root of the word emotion is about motion directed to the outside. Emotions, on the other hand, and i don't think could be any more different, are about action. When you are joyful, you laugh out wie. You have a body composition s of the actions that are all action related. And we are constantly in the sway of these feelings. Theyare happening to us all the time in one way or another. All of this thing makes sense in relation to the state of your life within your body.
