china is building the equivalent of about 18 square feet in property for every single person in that country. The working age population, which is really the property consuming group, piqued in 20 15 at 801 million people and is already down 20 million people since 20 15. That's an insane amount of building. And we need to keep in mind the declining demographics in china. An the total pop ation is believed to have piqued last year. A lot of reasons to be concerned.
