I try and focus on the present moment as much as I can more recently, actually. But it's in my nature to focus on what hasn't even happened yet. So for achievers, they're always focused on the future. If you spend most of your time focused on the past, you can't control it. Most people go to the worst meeting thinking: This means they're dissing me. They're disrespecting me or are they challenging you? Or are they actually loving you? You know, whichever meeting you come up with is going to affect how you live your life.
