Is Mental Health a Key to Running?
I want to ask you about, this might be a difficult question in a way. Can you describe what it feels like when you want a really strong run and you're running with the group in the forest? I think I left the word for an English word to describe but all in all it's that joy that at my age I'm still able to run with the old group. Still I can control the pace, still I can be inside the group or the tama and still I can perform the way I'm performing. It's a great joy that I want to tell everybody that when you say yes to your mind, then all luckily will be well.
