The Importance of Continuous Feedback

Like stand up comedy people actually gonna laugh or they're not there's no in between. The path to mastery requires feedback consistent feedback because the more feedback we get the more likely we are to be motivated to actually get better right? Yeah, for sure. Whereas I find that a lot of the times we don't get good feedback and it crushes our soul. Maybe this is one of the primary reasons that's not addressed in this book maybe this isone of the primary reason that people actually don't try to get better in their jobs.
