Mariana, Cannabas and Tobacco

i feel like there might be a single plant spirit that i'm communing with, whether it's the tobacco or the annabas. Could i be putting myself at risk for interacting with these spirits through just mariana and tobacco? Do you think those are on the safer end of te spectrum? Or can i still be like meddled with, so to speak? I think you're pretty safe. Like, i know that tobacco is actually very protective plant. You'll see a lot of exorcists or like, priests like smoking tobacco because it kind of sets up a protective barrier between, like, certain spirits and terms. And then also mushrooms being associated with the virgin mary. So
