In India we are kind of catching up with what has already become a global norm and actually it's nothing to do with insurance. I think fundamentally today there is a large move into what I call open architecture. Consumers are clearly enjoying the fact that they have now have choice. So this whole concept of having these agents tied to a single company is by itself a little self-defeating.
