You reminded me of the time that i thought, or i can feel one coming on, and ifitally was like, screw you. I'm doing yoga. And i felt very powerful. Yep, it is. Because tenbt, then you have control over it. It doesn't control you. And that can be a really, really, really important moment. Ah, but as i said, i think it's, you know, with eatang disordered, dissorted eating,  one of the most important things is to have that self compassion. To be kind to yourself. If this has been your way of managing life, how brave you are in trying to change it
